Delivery
Some of our jewellery is made to order. Please check delivery times on the product page before placing your order. If your order is urgent please contact us at emma@emmagreetham.com to see if we can make your order a little quicker. We aim to respond to all enquiries on the same working day.
You can select your delivery preferences at the checkout. Next Day Delivery is FREE for all orders over £95.00. For orders under £95 shipping is charged at £4.50 for Royal Mail Recorded or £7.00 for Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day guaranteed)
At the moment we only deliver within the UK. If you are based outside of the UK please contact us to see if we can help.
Returns
We really hope you love your Emma Greetham jewellery. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Most of our jewellery is bespoke, personalised or made to order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for these items unless they are faulty. For hygiene reasons we are also unable to offer refunds on earrings.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at emma@emmagreetham.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
